Delivery and Payment

SIA LT Automotive values your time and strives to make the order collection process as convenient as possible. You can choose to pick up your order yourself or use the delivery option to receive your purchases at a convenient time and place. Details below:


Order Collection in Store (Self-Pickup)

You can collect your order at our store:

  • Biķernieku Street 121H, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia

How self-pickup works:

  • Order payment: Internet banking, payment card, bank transfer, or cash/card payment on site.

  • Order confirmation: After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

  • Order preparation time: Up to 3 working days from the time of payment.

  • Readiness for pickup: When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification and our staff will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Please ensure your contact information is up to date so we can notify you promptly.


Delivery

We offer delivery to Omniva parcel lockers. Deliveries are handled by Omniva staff to ensure reliability and convenience for every customer.

  • Free delivery for purchases over €100.

How delivery works:

  • Order payment: Must be paid at the time of ordering. Unpaid orders will not be processed.

  • Order confirmation: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

  • Delivery time frame: Within 3 working days after payment is received.

  • Delivery schedule: Deliveries are made on weekdays and Saturdays between 7:00 and 20:00.

  • On the day of delivery: You will receive a notification with information on how to collect your order from the parcel locker.

  • Delivery process: The courier will deliver your order to the specified parcel locker.

Please make sure you select the correct parcel locker and that your contact details (email and phone) are current.


Ordering by Phone

Call us (on working days from 9:00 to 17:00) at the phone number listed on our website.

Provide the desired items, delivery method (pickup or delivery), parcel locker address (if delivery), and your contact information (phone and email).

  • An invoice will be sent to your email for payment. Orders are only processed after payment.

  • After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Order collection:

  • Self-pickup: When your order is ready, we will contact you.

  • Delivery: On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification with details on how to collect your order from the parcel locker.


Dispute Resolution Rules


All disputes that arise between the Customer and the Seller, or that arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve them through mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of achieving a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically by sending it to the electronic mail address sales@ltam.lv or in writing by sending it to the address Biķernieku iela 121H, Riga, LV-1021, Latvia. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a response sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.


Return Policy


Exchange, return and repair of goods are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulatory Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "On Distance Contracts".

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller to the e-mail address sales@ltam.lv.

The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in full.

If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with the finding of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options specified in the regulatory enactments.
